A 10min Short narrative film made through the support of QUT. It tells an almost love story between two boys, who have a heartbreaking history.
This film went into production in September 2023 and is currently being entered into Film Festivals in Australia. It will be available soon online.
As a first time collaboration between many fellow QUT students, I took on the role of Costume Department in pre-production. Initially the script had been written to include full custom made dresses for Romeo and Juliet, which I had designed for. When the script was re-written I changed the costuming to suit the modernised script, basing the setting in Melbourne during the Autumn months.
During Production, I took on a role as BTS photographer, which meant I was present on set for all days of shooting and maintaining the costumes. Whilst being on set I was also able to capture lots of content for the official social media accounts to be used as promotional campaigns.
